Canteen Cuisine cookbook
This cookbook offers over 90 healthy recipes for use in the canteen setting.
Each of the recipes have been assessed and rated as either Green or Amber.
There are ideas and recipes for breakfast, morning tea, lunch and
snacks. Each recipe is quantified in 10, 25 and 50 serves, catering for
small and large canteens.
