The Menu Template In Step 1 we show you how to go through your current menu and rate your foods and drinks as either Green, Amber or Red and make the necessary changes in order to come up with a healthy menu. When doing this you will need to list all the foods and drinks on your menu and include the different sizes and flavours. Use the template provided to list everything that you offer. Product/Recipe Assessment Templates In Step 2, 'Winning Menus', we advise you on how to select healthier food and drinks in order to bring your menu into line with the 'traffic light' guidelines. If you have recipes of your own that you would like to use at your venue, the WA School Canteen Association Inc. can assess the product or recipe for you against standard nutritional criteria to see if it is a suitable option.
