Berry yoghurt cup
Serves: 1 (150g)
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons berry coulis/puree (no added sugar) or whole pieces of in-season fruit
- 4 tablespoons reduced fat vanilla or plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Granola crumble topping
Method:
- Layer the cups in order of the ingredients list
- Fresh fruit can be added to the top of the cup just before serving.
