Gorgeous green smoothie
Ingredients:
- 120g spinach leaves
- 2 ripe frozen bananas, chopped
- 2 cups reduced fat milk
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup roughly chopped mint, plus extra to garnish
- 2 teaspoons honey
Method:
- Layer the cups in order of the ingredients list
- Fresh fruit can be added to the top of the cup just before serving.
