- 1 L reduced fat milk
- 2.5 medium size ripe banana
- 5 tablespoons rolled oats
- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2.5 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- Process for about 1 minute, making sure all oats are ground down
- Decant into a saucepan for stove top heating or into individual cups for microwave. The mixture will thicken slightly due to the oats.
