Berry Chia Jam

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups mixed frozen berries
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Juice of one orange
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

 

Method:

  1. Place berries and water in saucepan, bring to gentle simmer
  2. Add orange juice, simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid has reduced slightly
  3. Add chia seeds, stir to combine, take off heat, cool
  4. Transfer into a jar or container, keep in the fridge.
