Berry Chia Jam
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups mixed frozen berries
- 1/3 cup water
- Juice of one orange
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Method:
- Place berries and water in saucepan, bring to gentle simmer
- Add orange juice, simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid has reduced slightly
- Add chia seeds, stir to combine, take off heat, cool
- Transfer into a jar or container, keep in the fridge.
