Choc-orange almond bliss balls

Ingredients:

  • 100g rolled oats
  • 100g almonds (whole or almond butter)
  • 10 pitted medjool dates
  • 30g pepitas
  • 25g cocoa
  • Rind of ½ orange
  • Juice of 1 orange

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into food processor and mix until mixture comes together.
  2. Roll into balls 30g balls and place into fridge.
  3. Keep stored in the fridge.
