Banana pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons yoghurt
  • ¼ cup low-fat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder

Method:

  1. Whizz all wet ingredients in blender (banana, yoghurt egg, milk, honey) for 5-10 seconds
  2. Add dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) and whizz until thick batter form 5-10 seconds
  3. Pour 1/3 cup of the mixture into pan and cook for 1 minute each side or until cooked through.
