Banana pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons yoghurt
- ¼ cup low-fat milk
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
Method:
- Whizz all wet ingredients in blender (banana, yoghurt egg, milk, honey) for 5-10 seconds
- Add dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) and whizz until thick batter form 5-10 seconds
- Pour 1/3 cup of the mixture into pan and cook for 1 minute each side or until cooked through.
